Jason is the Financial Adviser and Managing Director of Minster Wealth Management, working with individuals, families and business owners to help them make confident, informed decisions about their finances.

With more than 20 years’ experience in financial services, and having worked within the St. James’s Place Partnership since 2008, Jason has built long-standing relationships with clients by taking the time to understand what matters to them, both now and in the future.

Jason takes a holistic approach to financial planning, looking beyond individual pensions or investments to understand a client’s wider financial position. This can include how wealth is built and protected, how income and assets are structured, planning for retirement and later life, protecting families and businesses, and considering how wealth may ultimately be passed to future generations.

His focus is not simply on where a client is today, but on what their money needs to achieve throughout their lifetime and what they would like to happen to their wealth when they are no longer here. By understanding the bigger picture, Jason can help clients put in place a joined-up financial plan that evolves as their circumstances, priorities and families change.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys family life with Chloe and their three children. With their eldest now old enough to live abroad, life at home is usually kept busy by their two younger boys, as well as Skyla, the family Weimaraner and resident office dog.
